Cherry Blossom - Spindle Bowl and Pillow IV
This is a spindle bowl made from a disk of cherry wood and a mirror polished copper cup.
The wood is painted to match my cherry blossoms spindles style.
It is attached to a hand stitched pillow that comes with a zipper. It’s made this way so that you can fill it with rice or dried peas, filling it how much or how little you prefer.
This solution came to mind because I wanted to save you the big shipping costs of an already filled one, and also because I like the idea that each spinner can have it filled at their preference.
The last 3 pictures show how mine looks all filled up with rice and ready to be used.
